Are you a mental health professional who is looking for a casual way to meet and build relationships with fellow professionals?

Do you enjoy your hobbies, particularly the creative ones, but struggle to find the time to shut out distractions, pull out your supplies, and enjoy the process of making something with your hands?

Would you like to dust off your craft supplies and dig out your collection of half completed projects so you can remind yourself why you bought or started them in the first place?

Maybe you need to do some crafting for self-care.

Clinicians Crafting for Self-Care is a virtual group for behavioral health professionals where we can take off our clinical hats, slow down our busy minds, enjoy our respective creative hobbies, and have intentional time in community. Our time together isn't about how much progress we can make on our projects (whether they be crochet, cross-stitch, paint, lego, sewing, bead work, candle making, or something else entirely) but rather protecting a bit of time to do something fun while we socialize with one another. This is a new monthly group starting in July 2025, though based on interest, could very likely become a bi-weekly event.

Even though this is a group specifically for therapy providers, it is an entirely non-clinical space (there will be no client case discussion as it’s purpose is to disconnect from our work responsibilities). This also allows it to be accessible to non-licensed providers who hold masters degrees in behavioral health  (psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc) because it doesn’t blur lines between consultation and supervision.

If you would like to join the group and be added to the email list ONLY for this group, please complete the Clinicians Crafting for Self-Care Enrollment Agreement.

If you are interested in joining the broader Clinicians in Community group to get access to all the other offers in addition to Crafting for Self-Care (which includes a license verification), please complete the Clinicans in Community Enrollment Agreement
